Bring your friends and co-workers to the 18th Amendment Bar and Restaurant on Thursday July 1st, 2010 for some cold drinks and a good cause. Louisiana State University alumni in Washington DC have organized a fundraiser for the Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill Relief Effort. Funds received will go to The Nature Conservancy and The Greater New Orleans Foundation’s Gulf Coast Oil Spill Fund. $10 cover includes your first drink, and specials on food and drinks. A BP pinata and raffle tickets are some of the fun you’ll experience Thursday night. The Nature Conservancy will have a table on-site for donations and information. So Thursday, July 1st 6-10 PM be at the 18th Amendment for some good fun and a great cause.
